Our Process Improvement/ Optimization service’s objective is to provide businesses with up-to-date, efficient and value-added processes. We use business intelligence, Lean and Six Sigma tools to streamline processes. We start with developing a detailed Current Process map, which provides an end to end story of the whole operation and every department’s role in it. Here are few things we look for in Current process review:
- Process – Are the processes defined, documented, understood and followed by each department?
- Measure – Is there any system in place to measure the process efficiency?
- Sustainable – Is the process sustainable?
- Areas for Improvement – Could the process be optimized or streamlined to add value?
- Improvement Plan – We review things backwards starting from the customer end
- Implementation – We identify the quick wins based on Value-chart and implement them first. We reassess and improve, if needed, before implementing the rest of the plan as things can be fluid.
- Sustain – We create a sustainable plan. We also provide assistance, training and audit process.
